Downtown Disney

Last Sunday afternoon we went over to Orlando to see Nick, Britt and Evey who were down for vacation.  The kids loved the huge Lego store in Downtown Disney.

Yikes!

Our neighbors had told us there were alligators in the lakes and ponds around our community.  Last week I saw one crossing the street as I was driving Henry to school.  Today as I was looking out our sliding glass door, I saw this alligator in the pond behind our house!  

Swimming in October

Since we moved here in July we have gone swimming in our community pool almost every evening.  With so much practice, Pearl and Cal have become great swimmers.  Henry still prefers to wear his life jacket, but loves swimming all over the pool with it on.   On Friday night we realized that it is October and we are still swimming!

Henry also took pictures of the light switch, Mr. Potato Head, his Beatles poster, his cd player, and his Cat in the Hat tent, but I liked these two shots the best.
